Construction works are pressing on through for the development a sanitary landfill next to the sorting and composting plant in Jib Jinnine that will be able to process about 50 tons of waste per day. Excavation works are underway and the necessary laboratory tests are being carried out under the supervision of a competent company, in compliance with the required technical specifications. Construction of the landfill is expected to be completed by the end of January 2019.
